The 12 days of Christmas
It is 2 weeks til Christmas. That's just revolting, isn't it?! I had the... umm... remarkable experience of listening to Pauline Hanson singing the 12 Days of Christmas on the radio this afternoon. She didn't actually do too badly, but seriously. No one should ever ever ever sing that carol ever ever ever again. Ever.

On a pleasant note, I think I've made the decision to hold my bi-annual NYE party after all. I can't pass up a tradition which is now 6 years in the making, can I? Let's see... that gives me 3 weeks to plan it. Piece of cake. Hmmmm...

Oh, and I'm back from NZ. < /stating the obvious> I haven't even had 10 minutes to myself to upload and sort photos, but here's a few to tide you over.

My fave rose in the Christchurch Botanical Gardens. It wasn't til after taking the picture that we found out its name was "Perfect Moment"!

A gorgeously sunny day at Milford Sound. This is the famous Mitre Peak.

Up on the Franz Josef Glacier. Quite an achievement for the chronically unfit!

Random Fave 1. Believe it or not, it was a dismal, dreary day in Christchurch.

Random Fave 2. Stopped by the side of the road between Queenstown and Dunedin.

The Singapore Airlines shot. The room we stayed in at Queesntown was just so... pink.

That's it for now!
