Bundle of Nerves

Do you get nervous? After years of performing, I still feel jittery before I walk on stage, every single time. Still, I finally know what it means to have my stomach tied up in knots. I had trouble breathing, I couldn't stop my hands shaking and I almost threw up today, I was so nervous. It lasted 2-3 hours after I'd gotten home, and now I'm hungry and jittery cos I can't eat anything. Not to mention the fact that I can't eat before I sing, so I actually haven't eaten since last night.

And it was just a little community theatre audition. Silly me.
