Certain Uncertainty

One thing I can be certain of at the moment - things are going to get a whole lot more uncertain! Work is... interesting. No matter how big or small the organisation is you work for, you can't escape office politics. I'm usually just an innocent bystander, but being (a)new, (b)young and (c)female, my colleagues seem to often lean towards me and in a conspiratorial whisper fill me in on the latest happenings in the office.

It places me in a weird position because I know God has put me in this current role for a reason and as each day goes by, it becomes more and more apparent why, even though everything around me could be thrown up in the air at any moment.

Oh, and I lost my phone for 30 heart-stopping minutes in Melbourne yesterday.
