10, 9, 8...

... God is great!

Well, yes He is, but this is not the Colin Buchanon countdown. Oh no siree. It's the official how-many-days-do-I-have-to-keep-going-to-work-until-13-blissful-days-away countdown. Woohoo! And for the record - it's 8 more working days.

At long last, the cloud has lifted, the light at the end of the tunnel is growing brighter, the break of day is seeping through the neverending night, yada yada yada. I seriously can't wait. I'm suffering from a distinct case of the lack of motivations. One last burst of energy. Just 10% more to go and then we've completed all our deadlines. (yes, I'm giving myself a pep talk - don't you guys do that??)

Let's see, on my short list of things to do, I have: drive to the Mountains for a couple of days to bum around and do nothing; sleep in at home, then bum around and do nothing; have late brunch with a couple of friends, then bum around and do nothing. Methinks I'm particularly looking forward to the bumming around doing nothing part of the whole scenario.
